Adriana Wegman Baler was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Earned a BFA from the Betzalel Academy of Art and Design (Jerusalem, Israel) and an MFA from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, FL.

She resides in Silver Spring, Maryland, where she teaches at the Montgomery College, Takoma Park Campus.
